2009-2010 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Applicants seeking membership in the Clatskanie Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc., an Oregon nonprofit corporation, should read the documents shown below.
Dues are currently $75/year, plus a one-time $5 surcharge for the new electronic access cards (this system is scheduled to be installed and tested in the next 60 days). More information on this system is included in the newsletter.
Membership packets are available at Sporty’s, Inc. in Clatskanie, Oregon; they include all the documents shown below, plus a membership card. You may also print out the documents shown below and submit the Membership Application/Annual Liability Release form by mail with your payment and your membership card will be sent by US Mail.
You must print out ALL the documents shown below and read them prior to submitting your application. All these documents are in Adobe Acrobat format and can be opened by clicking on the document name, or saved to your computer by “right-clicking” the document name and selecting the “Save As” option on your computer.
Included in the membership packet, this letter includes information about the new electronic cardlock system to be commissioned this summer.
2009-2010 Membership Application:
This printable document must be filled out by all prospective and renewing members of the Club. All CRPC memberships are FAMILY memberships and include the applicant, a spouse and all minor children living in the household. Dependent children between the ages of 18 and 21, if living in your household, are included in this Family Membership if they are full-time students—if not, they should purchase a separate membership. The second page of the application is an Annual Liability Release and must be completed by all applicants; if your spouse desires to be named on the membership they must complete and sign both the application and the release.

This newsletter contains a copy of the CRPC Constitution and Bylaws & current Club news. Included in the newsletter is a Proxy ballot for current members to cast their vote at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, May 16th, 2009.
