Text Box: From the Rangemaster:

On Saturday, May 22nd, CRPC held the 2010 Annual Meeting at Fultano’s in Clatskanie, Oregon.

Here are some highlights from the meeting:

Even with a record number of active memberships on the books (165) we were able to represent at least 50% of the membership by member attendance and proxies; my thanks to all who attended or submitted their proxies to make this happen.

The officers submitted their year-end reports to the membership, including minutes of the last Annual Meeting, financial data, Rangemaster’s summary of events, and the President’s report.

Four of the five existing club officers have chosen not to serve in the 2010-2011 year (no surprise, as this was announced some time ago and the call went out for new members to serve). These officers have stood their watch at CRPC and the club thanks them for their many years of service. They will continue to serve the club in a variety of ways (i.e. construction projects) and will be working with the new officers for a smooth transition.

The new officers are:

	Steve Crane President
	Barry Woolstenhulme	Vice-President
	Grace Huibregtse Secretary
	Cindy Smith Treasurer

Gregg Smith was re-elected as Rangemaster.

Two new Board positions were approved by the membership:

Immediate Past President—Jeff Spendlove.

Historian—Aileen Cork was elected to this position.

Contact information for the new officers will be posted as soon as the email servers are set up, and this information will be updated on the club websites and publications.

Outgoing Secretary Linda Howard was presented the Wachob Memorial Trophy for her years of service.

There will be a Work Party Sunday, May 23rd at 9am for general range cleanup.
